Cups and leagues are formats inside AFMIND, not separate brands. Each competition has published rules, fixtures and officials.
The live platform is the source of truth for what is scheduled. If its board is empty, no competition is open yet.

MOFULI's site explains AFMIND; the live data (players, results, rankings) is on the AFMIND platform.
